How do I install the widget?
For a direct website, copy the Script or Iframe code from a preset. In Shopify, use the app's theme-editor link, then enable the beyondRegular app embed or add its app block.
How is order revenue attributed?
Our Web Pixel reads checkout completion and attributes to the last preset click within 7 days. No protected-customer-data scope required.
Can I import a creator's reel?
Only if you own it or have written permission. Importing without rights can trigger DMCA takedowns, ad-platform bans, and Shopify removals. The import dialog requires an ownership acknowledgement before fetch.
How do refunds work?
Digital subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellation stops the next charge and keeps access through the current period. Read the full refund policy below.
How do I delete my account?
Direct web accounts can request deletion from Settings → Sessions & data. Shopify merchants can uninstall from Shopify Admin; Shopify privacy webhooks then schedule shop-data deletion.
