Refund Policy

Summary

All subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period. No money is returned for partial or unused periods.

Why no refunds?

beyondRegular is a digital subscription service. Under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India, digital goods and services that are immediately accessible upon purchase are generally exempt from mandatory refund obligations. We've chosen to apply this standard transparently rather than offer conditional refunds that frequently lead to disputes.

How cancellation works

  1. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription.
  2. You keep full access to beyondRegular until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly, whichever you chose).
  3. At the end of the period, your widget pauses on your storefront. Existing embed codes stop serving content.
  4. All your data - presets, videos, analytics - is preserved. Reactivate anytime to bring widgets back online.
  5. If you delete your account entirely, data is purged within 90 days. See our Privacy Policy for retention details.

Specific scenarios

Failed payment (Indian RBI mandate)

For Indian subscribers paying via UPI or domestic cards, the RBI mandate authorization triggers a charge ~48 hours after the renewal date. If the charge fails (insufficient funds, mandate revoked, bank decline), your widget will move to a past-due state. We'll email you to update payment. If unresolved within 7 days, the subscription expires automatically.

Subscription not activated within 48 hours

If your first Indian subscription payment has not been confirmed by Dodo Payments within 72 hours of checkout (despite the 48-hour mandate window), email connect@eenaverse.com with your registered email and we will investigate. If a charge was made but never confirmed, we will issue a full refund.

Duplicate charges

If you were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a system error, we will refund the duplicate within 7 business days of confirmation. Contact connect@eenaverse.com with your invoice details.

Unauthorized charges

If you believe a charge was unauthorized (your payment method was used without your consent), notify us within 30 days at connect@eenaverse.com. We will cooperate with you and Dodo Payments to investigate and refund if confirmed.

Service unavailability

If the Service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours due to our fault (not third-party outages or force majeure), you may request a pro-rated credit toward your next billing cycle. Credits do not expire.
