No. Orders still flow through your ecommerce store first. If your store already sends paid or COD orders to Shiprocket, that workflow remains unchanged after you add shoppable video.
Can video help with RTO for COD orders?
Video can help set clearer expectations before checkout, especially for fit, size, colour, packaging and use cases. It is not a guaranteed RTO fix, because RTO also depends on address quality, delivery communication and COD intent.
